While the Intro Teaser class is the ideal first class, if it doesn’t fit into your schedule, there are alternatives! Any of our Beginner or All Levels specialty classes, such as Absolute S, S Pole 1, Sensual 30 or FFM (Fluid Feminine Movement) will introduce you to the S Factor method of sensual movement and our unique approach to pole dancing.
