These lines are from one of my favorite movies, The Legend of Bagger Vance, which was filmed at the next S Factor Retreat destination, Kiawah Island! Funny how this quote will have a different meaning to me after our retreat. I had just got done teaching two S classes back-to-back on a Friday night, when I received the call that I would have the honor of teaching. As I walked to the subway, the after-hum still vibrating through my body from watching beautiful S women, and finding out about the retreat, I knew I had to savor this moment. Knowing that I would be a part of something so special put the biggest smile on my face. Women together in a beautiful place, celebrating the mystery and wonder of what they are. A movie montage of images danced in my mind of women slowly hip-circling, swirling around poles, toes seductively dragging in sand behind defiant hips, leading our bodies to a blissful destination. I am on a high and can't wait to be a part of this experience with you all. Now all I have to do is figure out what to pack...my inner dark angel will surely climb to new heights adorned in feathers and mesh. But I sense a change in the 'force' of my creature...what will she discover about herself on her retreat? I can't wait for us to find out together. See you soon!
