The movement we teach is intimate, beautiful and strenuous. We ask for complete confidentiality from all of our students.
Nudity
There is no nudity allowed at S Factor.
Age
You must be 18 years or older to attend S Factor.

What you'll need after you have
begun your Level 1 Original Series class
Workout shorts (for a better grip on the pole), 6-inch platform heels (for fun walking lessons!) and music.
Music
Select three songs you love, whatever inspires you, current or from your childhood. Anything from Elvis to Jay-Z to Sigur Ros is acceptable. For Level 1 Original Series classes, we recommend something slow.
