  • Two back-to-back 30 minute S Fitness classes once a week for six weeks. A total 360 minutes of body-sculpting, S-charged exercise.
  • Class content includes:

    • Cardio I - Supercharge your heart with classic cardio dance S movements set to a fast-paced beat.
    • Stretch I - Boost flexibility and elongate your movement with S extensions.
    • Abs I - Smooth your core with S abdominal action.
    • Strength I - Sculpt mucho muscle power and amp up your physical endurance with S workout favorites.
  • All levels and new students are welcome, so bring a friend!

  • 8 Weeks, Tuesdays - Saturdays, Approximately 30 - 40 hours per week:
    • Tuesdays ~ 9am - 3pm
    • Wednesdays ~ 9am - 5pm
    • Thursdays ~ 9am - 5pm
    • Fridays ~ 9am - 5pm
    • Saturdays ~ 12pm - 6pm
  • Coursework includes:

    • The Business of S Factor
    • S Factor Community (teacher-student connection, student communication & retention)
    • Basic Level Curriculum (beginning physical movement breakdown)
    • Anatomy Basics
    • Basic S Factor Teaching Tools
    • Music Playlist Construction
    • Class Management
    • Mock Teaching Experience
    • Class Observation
    • Practical Teaching Experience
      Cost: $3000 ~ A deposit 20% of the total balance ($600) is due upon acceptance into the Basic Teacher Training program. This deposit is non-refundable. Full payment of the remaining balance is due before the first day of training. Additional cost for reading materials & Red Cross CPR/Standard Basic First Aid Certification. There may be payment plans available.

      * For those Basic Training participants who participated in the Essential S program during 2010 or 2011, a credit in the amount paid for Essential S will be issued.

      ** It is important to note that Advanced Teacher Training is a separate program with its own set of program requirements and program fees.
         
      Attendees:   Prerequisites and an interview are required. Interviews will be held mid to late March.
         
      RSVP: APPLICATION DEADLINE = February 20th; personal interviews with Studio Director to follow and possible Group Interview in mid to late March with applicants being considered.

Sweetheart's Private S

Saturday, February 11th
6pm - 9pm

 
  • Private studio time will be scheduled in 30-minute increments.
  • An S teacher will lead you through a 20-minute S Factor warm-up. Your guest is welcome to try it too!
  • The remaining 10 minutes will be for you to share a special S dance with your guest. 10 minutes allows for more than one song if you desire.
  • Arrive at your scheduled time dressed and ready to dance. EC wear under warm-up gear = a sexy surprise reveal!
  • Refreshments
