Beginning Level Pole Dance Workout

The S Factor Original Pole Dance Workout™. Your S Factor Journey begins in Level 1.  You learn our unique language of movement, focusing on breathing, connecting with your body and building confidence. 

 

Lessons include the Level 1 S Factor Workout, the S Walk (with or without superhero stilettos), Top Peel tease, and the first half of the S Routine including Lap Dance.  Pole dancing tricks include the "Firefly," the "Ballerina" and more.
