| Pandora’s Bracelet I’m
totally addicted to my Pandora bracelet and no, noone
paid me to say that. I received my first Pandora bracelet
as a gift from the NY trainees last December. It had one
charm on it that was a Japanese symbol for ‘Love’.
I was a goner. I went to the store in LA that carries
Pandora charms and bracelets to see what else they had,
‘cause my little Japanese love charm looked awful
lonely. They had little bear heads and queen bees and
astrological symbols and hearts and jewels and glass beads…
the list goes on. Now, whenever I feel a little low, I
Pandora it. Whenever something momentous happens in my
life, I Pandora it. When any of my friends have birthdays
or special occasions, I Pandora it.
Each
bracelet is a unique piece of arm art. You build it from
scratch. Starting by choosing your base, which can be
oxydized silver, sterling silver or 14k gold, and then
your clasp (the Pandora clasp closes seamlessly and looks
like just another bead on your bracelet). The bracelet
uses an innovative threaded system to let you wind beads
on your bracelet and you get to choose decorative clips
to separate the threaded sections. But best of all are
the charms! There are beads and gems and charms that can
be sentimental, funny, you name it! Your bracelet can
have a complete theme – it can be all stone, floral,
animal charms, astrological signs… whatever you’re
looking for, they’ve got something interesting for
you.
The beads move freely and rotate with your wrist as it
moves, creating a gorgeous, eye-catching effect. Their
originality makes them great to give as gifts, and they
are affordable (anywhere from $18 to $300 per charm).
There are endless possibilities and combinations, so let
your imagination run as wild as you want!
