Private Class Description
*ALL Special Classes vary with each studio.

Privates are an excellent way for new students to be introduced to Sheila Kelley's S Factor and learn what the movement is all about. For existing students, Privates offer a way to correct their positions and poses, catch up in areas they feel weak or simply supplement their S Factor workout. Privates help students develop a high level of confidence in their movement.

The first 30 minutes of a Private consists of a challenging warm-up. The remainder of the session is geared to the individual student and what they want to focus on, such as a striptease and lap dance routine or various pole tricks. For existing students, the warm-up may be limited if the Private is booked immediately following their class.

Privates can be one hour, one and a half hour, or two hours in length. Please call the studio at 323.965.9685 for rates and further information.

S Factor Parties

Led by one of our phenomenal Instructors, S Factor parties are a fun, creative way to celebrate the important ladies in your life! Our private parties provide a unique, unforgettable experience for birthday girls, brides-to-be and groups of women looking for an exciting way to bond. Our sensual yet wholesome movement is perfect for all ages and backgrounds. Each empowering party is two hours long and can be customized to suit your needs.

The first hour features an invigorating warm-up based on the famous S Factor moves taught in our classes. After that, the choice is yours! You may choose to learn beginner level pole tricks, lap dance techniques or a choreographed dance routine. The beginner pole tricks are fabulous fun and require no athletic ability. The lap dance techniques are flirty and sassy, and our ultra feminine, S Factor dance routine celebrates the "S" shape of a woman's curves. If you like, your Instructor can top things off with an awesome pole trick demo performance for you and your friends! We even offer a variety of special gift bags that may be individually crafted to match everyone's tastes. Our studio team is ready and waiting to make your customized event a night to remember!

For safety, no food or drink, including alcoholic beverages are allowed in our studios, nor should alcohol be consumed prior to doing this movement.

Sheila Kelley’s S Factor offers an array of exciting products for the bride-to-be in your life. We’ve taken this groundbreaking workout that cultivates sensuality, confidence and an inspiring body attitude, and tailored it to benefit those women preparing for their big day and a new life with their significant other.

S Factor Bridal Series of Privates

Privates are an excellent way for new students to be introduced to Sheila Kelley's S Factor, while getting in shape for the wedding and learning some special lap dance and striptease techniques to share with their new significant other. The first 30 minutes of a Private consists of a sensual, delicious warm-up. The remainder of the session is geared to the individual student and what they want to focus on, such as a striptease and lap dance routine or various pole tricks.
The Bridal Series of Privates consists of five individual sessions, each one hour in length, at a special reduced cost of $650.

S Factor Pre-Nuptial Private

This one-time only session begins with a targeted, sensual warm-up using Sheila Kelley's S Factor floor workout. The second segment focuses on learning the S Factor lap dance routine, coupled with some easy striptease techniques. It’s the perfect pre-Honeymoon preparation!
Sheila Kelley's S Factor Pre-Nuptial Private is $150. This class is one hour in length.

S Factor Bridal Intensives

An S Factor Intensive is an excellent way to fully immerse yourself in this delectable movement, while fast forwarding your S Factor workout and concentrating on some fun techniques to share with your significant other. Intensives can accommodate busy schedules and may be completed in as little as two days, if necessary.

The S Factor Bridal Intensive consists of:
Three one-hour private, one-on-one sessions with an S Factor instructor
Two regular S Factor group classes (two-hour duration each)

In a basic Intensive session, students learn the principal lessons of Level 1, as well as the beginning level pole tricks and elements of Sheila Kelley's S Factor routine. The Intensive begins with private instruction so that participants learn the fundamentals and easily blend into the group classes. Depending on individual wants and needs, the private sessions can focus on pole tricks, lap dance or striptease techniques. Not only will you increase your strength and flexibility, you’ll emerge more sexy and confident than ever. You’ll be completely ready for your big day!

Bachelorette Parties
Blow your best friend's mind by throwing her an exquisite S Factor Bachelorette Party. Led by one of our classy, down-to-earth Instructors, the S Factor Bachelorette Party is a unique and creative way to celebrate a bride-to-be. Our sensual yet wholesome movement is perfect for all ages and backgrounds. Each empowering party is two hours long and can be customized to suit your needs. The first thirty minutes features an invigorating warm-up based on the famous S Factor moves taught in our classes. After that, the choice is yours! You may choose to learn beginner level pole tricks, lap dance techniques or choreographed dance routines. The beginner pole tricks are fabulous fun and require no athletic ability. And the lap dance techniques are flirty and sassy. Along with our affectionate dance routines, each participant will learn something dazzling to take home to their significant other. In addition, we offer a variety of special gift bags that may be individually crafted to match everyone's tastes. Our studio team is ready and waiting to make your customized event a night to remember!
