Shipping and Handling
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.
Non-shoe, pole, and pole accessories
Are shipped UPS Ground and 2nd Day and are available for Domestic Shipments; Express and/or Expedited are available for international orders. Most orders will be shipped same day if the order is received by 9:00 AM PST, with UPS 2nd Day and Express getting priority.
UPS Domestic 2nd Day takes two Business Days to arrive AFTER the order is picked up. If your package is picked up on a Friday, it should be delivered by the following Tuesday. If your order is placed after 9:00 AM PST on Friday, it should ship on Monday and arrive on Wednesday.
NOTE: These products are shipped out of Southern California and will reach many Southern California addresses one or two days after being picked up by UPS with Ground Shipping. UPS 2nd Day may not be worth the expense for these locations. This is not a guarantee, just a tip.
All orders will receive an email confirmation (to the billing email address supplied by customer upon checkout) with a tracking number and the date of shipment.
Poles and pole accessories
We ship all products EXCEPT poles and pole accessories via UPS.
Are shipped via Federal Express for a flat fee selected when adding the item to your cart. Poles are normally shipped the day after the order is received (9:00 AM PST Mon - Fri) with 2-day orders getting priority. Example: If an order is placed at 11:00 AM PST Wednesday with 2-day shipping requested, it will be received at 9:00 AM PST on Thursday. Then, it will be shipped the next day (Friday). FedEx will then deliver it within 2 business days and the Pole should arrive on Tuesday (Saturday and Sunday are not included in the day count).
NOTE: Poles and pole accessories are shipped out of
Northern California
and will reach many West Coast addresses two days after being picked up by FedEx with standard shipping. FedEx 2-Day may not be worth the expense for these locations. This is not a guarantee, just a tip.
If you select an option that does not match the shipping address you provide, there will be significant delays in your order (e.g. choosing Continental US and entering Germany as your “ship to” country). PLEASE CALL 323.965.9683 for shipping rates on ALL pole related merchandise to be delivered to a location outside of the options listed.
- Poles and pole accessories usually take 7-10 business days to be delivered.
- You will need to sign for your pole when it arrives.
- If are not there to sign for your pole, FedEx will try again, but you may have to pick it up from the FedEx Distribution Center in your area. If you do not pick it up, it will be shipped back and you will be required to pay another $40 to have it shipped back out again or be charged for shipping both ways.
How Shipping is Calculated
If you order Poles and/or Pole Accessories only, upon checkout you will choose the shipping option of “Fed Ex Included in Price”. If you order Poles and/or Pole Accessories AND other S Factor Product, you will receive two different shipments. You will receive the Pole and/or Pole Accessories via Fed Ex and your S Factor Product will ship via the UPS option that you select at checkout. The rate displayed at checkout for UPS will be a rate for only the portion of the order shipping UPS and does not include any extra charge for the Poles and Pole Accessories.
Shipping to APOs and Global Orders
If you are having a product delivered to an APO, you will have the option display for APO (USPS). If you are in an area where Express USPS cannot be used, we will ship it via priority instead. There will be no tracking number for these packages and we accept no responsibility for their delivery once the packages have been taken by USPS.
S Factor is not responsible for any delays or additional charges due to customs.
Return Policy
Only defective items (excluding videos and DVDs) and unopened videos and DVDs are returnable for a refund of the cost of the item and taxes. Defective items must be returned within 30 days of their delivery.
Unworn Clothing is returnable for a size change. All other merchandise in non-refundable.
Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
VHS Tapes
Please be sure that when you buy a VHS tape that your player is the correct format. This mainly applies to video players outside of the United States. Any standard VCR sold in the United States will play the video.
